1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the player," "user," "you") and 688wim ("the platform," "we," "us"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 688wim website or Android application, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood their meaning and agreed to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all platform features including but not limited to live casino games, slots, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and the 688wim mobile app. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 688wim.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 688wim platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, email address, phone number, device, IP address or payment method — is a breach of these Terms. 688wim may close any duplicate accounts and withhold funds held within them pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. False, misleading or incomplete registration information is grounds for account closure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share your username or password with any other person.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 688wim support immediately. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until you report unauthorised access and the issue is confirmed by our team.

• Registration is free — there are no charges for creating an account.
• You must provide a valid, active mobile number during registration.
• Account details including email and phone number can be updated through your account settings.
• 688wim may request identity verification documents at any point, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 688wim are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and approved mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are generally credited to your 688wim account promptly once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and any third-party verification requirements. 688wim does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account.
• Funds deposited must be from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits are made available for gameplay once confirmed. They cannot be reversed once credited to your account except in specific circumstances reviewed by our support team.
• 688wim reserves the right to request additional verification before processing larger deposits.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. PKR withdrawals are available via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your name will not be processed.

Before a withdrawal can be approved, 688wim may require identity verification. This is standard practice and helps protect players from unauthorised withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership or other supporting documents.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in your account's withdrawal section.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the method chosen — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• 688wim reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
• Unused deposit balances that have never been wagered may be subject to review before withdrawal processing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

688wim offers bonuses and promotional rewards to players from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum deposit amounts. These specific terms are stated alongside the offer and must be read before accepting any bonus.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Where a wagering requirement is attached to a bonus, the bonus amount and any winnings from it cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.
• Playing games that are excluded from bonus wagering contribution will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• 688wim reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time or to cancel a bonus where abuse is suspected.
• Multiple accounts used to claim the same bonus will result in all associated bonuses being voided.
• Bonus terms are subject to change — always check the current terms before opting into a new offer.

7. Betting Rules

688wim offers sports betting across cricket, football, esports and other markets. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed or amended after placement unless the platform's in-play cancellation feature (if available for that market) is used within the permitted window.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market, which are detailed in the betting section of the platform.
• 688wim reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the betting interface.
• Live betting markets (in-play) are subject to faster odds movement and may be suspended at any point during a match.

For PSL, T20 international and domestic cricket markets specifically: match result, top batsman, top bowler, total runs and innings-specific markets are available where offered. Settlement follows official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the 688wim platform depends on all players behaving honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using insider information — for example, knowledge of a match result before it is publicly confirmed — to place bets.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial transaction.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration, verification or any communication with 688wim support.

688wim monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the relevant account(s) will be suspended, any winnings will be voided and funds may be withheld pending investigation. 688wim's decision in such matters is final.

9. Privacy & Data

688wim collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identity, process payments and comply with its own internal policies. 10. Platform Availability

• 688wim is not responsible for device-level issues, internet connectivity problems or compatibility issues with unsupported operating system versions.
• The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time with or without notice.
